One week.

I can't believe Ava is already one week old and in such a short amount of time, she has already managed to steal my heart. I love holding her, looking at her, kissing her, smelling her, everything about her. She is my new obsession and I don't see that changing any time soon :) I spent months waiting for her. Wondering what she would look like, how she would be, how cute she would look in all her clothes. She is much more than I could have ever imagined. She is perfect to me.

Three.

Yesterday was Cooper's 3rd birthday and we had a party for him on Sunday. He is loving Monster trucks right now so thats the cake that he requested. He got lots of new toys and loved singing "Happy Birthday" to himself :) He is such a fun little boy and I can't believe he is already 3!

Ava's Nursery.

Saturday I spent the day at my Sister's to put all of the finishing touches on Ava's nursery and I am so happy with how it turned out. My Sister has received so many gifts, clothes, shoes, blankets, diapers..you name it. It involved a lot of organizing which was right up my alley. I am so happy that her room is all ready for her arrival. My Sister is currently at the hospital as they are trying to induce labor today, so hopefully things will continue to progress and I will be headed to the hospital soon :)

{a girl can never have enough shoes!}

{Do you think she needs any more clothes?}

Photo Shoot.

Saturday evening I headed over to Ellensburg to celebrate Becca's birthday and to see all the kids. Shae and Cadence were staying there for the weekend since Shane was racing in Yakima, so all 3 little girls were there. We had a BBQ, watched the race and played with the kids all night. It was so much fun. I found the cutest little outfits at Babies R US and I got them for all 3 girls and Grace..too bad she doesn't live here to join in the pictures :) Since they were all together, we decided to do a little photo shoot yesterday and the pictures couldn't have turned out any cuter. These 3 little girls are so special to me and are always making me smile and laugh. They are so much fun and I just love any time that I get to spend with them.

Waiting.

That is what I have been doing. Waiting for that phone call. The one where my Sister finally tells me that she is in labor :) She is not due until Monday, but one can hope for an early arrival. I had hoped that she would have been here by now, but no such luck. She must be pretty content in there, and that is okay with me..for the moment. That's not to say that I don't spend every minute checking my phone :)

Egg Hunt.

Saturday was our annual Easter Egg Hunt for the neighborhood and we were lucky to have Shae and Cadence come. It wasn't the best weather, but the kids had fun, especially Cadence. She didn't know what to think at first, but then once she got the hang of it she loved it. She just wanted to hold the eggs.

Campbell got a ton of eggs and so did Cooper. He couldn't wait to get home and open them so he could eat the candy. Campbell calls him a candy freak and I would have to agree :)

Spring Break.

Miss Campbell was on Spring Break last week which meant sleep overs and late nights :) I remember loving that as a kid. Shae's nieces were visiting for the week since they were off too, so they invited us up to spend the night. Campbell was so excited to go to Canada. I think that she thought it was going to look different or somehow be different, but nope, still the same sky and the same grass :)

We picked up Pizza at Costco and headed up. The girls were excited to see each other. They had pizza and then made necklaces that Campbell and I got from Michael's. They did each other's hair and then made t-shirts with puffy paint. We colored Easter eggs and then played musical chairs, hide and seek, and house. By 1 am they were all so worn out and ready for bed. Campbell slept until 11 on Friday morning and even she was surprised :) The girls had so much fun, hopefully we can do it again soon!
